High-voltage protection for vehicles

Marten repellent for vehicles with high voltage and acoustic signal.

MARDERfix-HIGH-VOLTAGE KP

Marten defense with high voltage according to the pasture fence principle

Marten defense with high voltage according to the pasture fence principle and acoustic sine tone signal – “If you don’t want to hear, you have to feel”.

The marten repellent device produces a very high sine tone of approx. 23 kHz, almost inaudible to humans. The marten finds this frequency extremely unpleasant. He will avoid this area.

In addition, six high-voltage plates deliver an effective electric shock of between 300 and 700 volts when touched. This is absolutely harmless to humans and animals, but repels the marten permanently.

Also offers protection from rodents.

Installation of the high-voltage device

The sine tone works like the beam of a flashlight and does not penetrate matter.
Install the device in the upper half of the engine compartment so that the sound can spread as freely as possible

01 Pre-treatment with pre-cleaner

The surface to be protected must be thoroughly cleaned before use! We recommend our pre-cleaner Art. no. 06503. After a short exposure time, rinse off the foam thoroughly (e.g. with a watering can). The vehicle is therefore neutral.

02 Connecting the acoustic device

Connect the positive cable (RED) with fuse to 12 V positive after the fuse box. Connect the negative cable (black) to the ignition-switched positive (= terminal 15).

03 Placement of contact plates

Position and fasten the individual contact plates (e.g. with cable ties) so that the conductive bare surfaces of the plates do not touch any other parts. Switch on the appliance (green “On/Off button”). Control function light is active.

Note

Position and secure the housing (e.g. with cable ties) so that the sound can spread as freely as possible. Attach the wiring harness with the contact plates so that the conductive, bare surfaces of the plates do not touch any other parts. Do not install near hot or moving parts! Always read the label and product information before use.
